Payment Policy

Accepted Payment Methods

We accept the following payment methods:

Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) / Bank Transfer
Credit and Debit Cards (Visa, Mastercard)
Cash (for in-person transactions only)

Deposit Requirements

All shipping container orders require a 50% non-refundable deposit to confirm and secure your order. The remaining balance is due prior to delivery or collection of the container.

Full Payment

Full payment must be received and cleared before any container is released for delivery or collection. We reserve the right to withhold delivery until payment has been confirmed.

Quotations and Pricing

All quotations are valid for 7 days from the date of issue. Prices are subject to change without notice after the quotation expiry date. Prices are quoted in South African Rand (ZAR) and are inclusive of VAT where applicable.

Invoicing

A formal invoice will be issued upon confirmation of your order. Payment must reference the invoice number to ensure accurate allocation of funds.

Late Payments

Songwe Trading Enterprise reserves the right to cancel orders where payment has not been received within the agreed timeframe. Any costs incurred due to late payment or order cancellation may be charged to the client.

Refunds

Deposits are non-refundable. Refunds on full payments will only be considered in cases where Songwe Trading Enterprise is unable to fulfil the order. Refund requests must be submitted in writing and will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
